  • [HD] Soft Focus Wedding Photo Effect: Photoshop Tutorial!

Posted by admin on March 12th, 2010 and filed under photographer website templates | 25 Comments »

Here is a great little effect that adds a whole lot of “mood” to an image by softening and increasing contrast and also features a vignette around the focal point of your choosing. The beauty of this technique is that by using adjustment layers we have full control over the final effect’s strength and color. This one is a great tip for Photographers of any type.

Not sure why there so many comments saying “too fast.” If you’re familiar with Photoshop, it is pretty clear.

Good tutorial overall. I think I like the technique more than the actual finished product though.

Two things that can’t really be fixed…exposure and focus. If your photo is blurry, there’s not a lot of hope for it. Even in pshop, unsharp masking cannot even recover a fuzzy pic. Sorry!
