The website must contain a wide variety of templates and tools that allow me to crop the pictures, resize the photos I like larger and much more. I must also be easy to use.

   It sounds like you’re looking more looking for a photo editing app if you want to crop pictures, etc. Try GIMP (GNU (GNU’s Not Linux) Image Manipulation Program). It’s a free, open-source and gratis app that does it all.
