I am thinking of making my own website and it seems that i can’t afford to hire a professional web designer and i don’t have time to go to school to learn website making and html coding and all sorts of computer coding or learning adobe dreamweaver. i think all i need are some free website templates that are ready to be used. how shall i get these free website template?

I like Microsoft .Net 2.0 using Visual Studio.
It allows the use of Master Pages, with common content (banners, menus, footers), and content pages which will appear in the Master page.

You can download Visual Studio express from Microsoft for free, but it isn’t the full product (but enough to get started)

Keep in mind that this is real programming, not just drag and drop html design.

Ok so i want by say 2011 1k subs but i thought to myself what can i do to get more subs, so i thought if i’d offer an exclusive and expert design which i could sell at say $5000, for free with say a minimum of 100 subs by the end of march i think that might help, see vid for more info

This means your site address will be something like http://yoursite.freewebs.com, not www.yoursite.com. This way your website doesn’t look professional. On the other hand, there are some limitations with free web hosting services. In a word, if you want to have a serious presence on the web, you must pay for it. I recommend get a reliable company to do that in return for a few dollars.
